School visits and convenings — the in-person time member educators spend in each other's buildings learning from the work directly.
Storytelling and amplification — surfacing student work, member-school stories, and the quiet daily wins that don't show up in test scores.
Network operations — the Strength-Indicator tool, the resource library, and the lightweight infrastructure that lets a tiny team support a statewide network.
Sliding-scale membership — membership is free this pilot year; as sliding-scale dues phase in, donations help underwrite schools that can't meet the full amount, so no school is turned away.
